Driving Tips for Bangladesh
Car driving in Bangladesh may be differ from other countries and what you are used to. Please read the rules before heading out in the road of Bangladesh. Please keep in mind the following things:
- Vehicle drives on the left hand side of the road in Bangladesh.
- Driver’s seat position in the right hand side of the vehicle.
- Overtaking is done in the right side.
- In the roads do not have lane marking, so driver’s have to maintain safe diversion between lanes. Please be aware when turning on a new roads and stay on the left side of the road.
- There are very few pedestrian crossings, so please be aware on and alert about pedestrian, bicycle and animals at all time.
